What gear?
What would be the best gear for a 6-speed car with a 382 stroker and all the bolt ons? I haven't dynoed the car yet. I currently have a 150 shot wet NX kit but I want to remove it and get as much power out the motor N/A as possible. I would guess that 4.10's would be the best route but I would like some other opinions. Thanks.

Depends on your usage. If you are looking for fun on the street, 4.10's will be great. For the drag strip, that gear will limit your speed in fourth to 116-125 mph (depending on your shift rpm and rear tire diameter). A "healthy" stroker could need more mph than that for the quarter mile. Also, traction WILL be an issue with those gears. I can't use all the power I have in first gear, with 335 wide rear tires and 3.73 gears. A stroker with 4.10's? good luck , and buy stock in Goodyear. :chevy
