I installed the LMC5 on my '99 FRC. Other than an error message once in awhile I now have a "SERVICE COLUMN LOCK" every time I go to start the car. I inadvertently left my XM radio plugged into the lighter and had the car on ramps for a week. When I went to start the car the battery was dead. I fully charged the battery - from the initial start up I have consistently received the SCL message. I hit reset - the message goes away until the next time I go to use the car. Any suggestion greatly appreciated - thank you in advance

If you did not do the brown wire install explained on page 2 of the LMC5 instructions, try that. Otherwise, call Richard at 888-565-8388 at Compliance Parts. He will help you with service +.
