Ok so having a bit of issue with my gas gauge all of a sudden.
I was driving down the highway and randomly the gas gauge dropped to e and said low fuel however i had almost a full tank well i drove home and did a little research and used the techtron tip car Im guessing at this point had 1/4 tank and put it and filled up and boom problem solved well i though gas gauge was working all day got around that 3/4 mark and boom dropped back to e and low fuel displayed. Im wondering if there is anything i should try? I'm also unsure about what i have to replace if it comes to that only had the car a week it only has 61k on in some I'm literally new to everything! thanks!

Sometimes it takes more than one bottle of Techron to remove the deposits on the sending unit. I would try another bottle or two of Techron and see if the erratic gauge clears up. If that doesn't work, you may end up, worse case scenario, having to replace the fuel sending units in tanks. Here are some files that may give you some more insight into the fuel gauge problems.

Techron is worth a shot and won't hurt anything, but don't get your hopes up too high. Techron is not a "mechanic in a can", especially with the early C5s.
As mentioned, it's very possible (I would say likely) that you're going to wind up replacing at LEAST one, if not both senders.
