Default Decent gains?

You guys think I would see a pretty decent gain with a blackwing, cold air screen, Corsa X-pipe, B&B exhaust installed on the car?
Also the corsa x pipe gets rid of the cat's correct? TIA GUYS:)

Those mods should add up to enough to feel a difference. Mostly the filter though from what I hear.

I would expect about between 20 to 30 horsepower gain over stock (at the crank) and the X pipe will not get rid of your cats. You have to take extra measures and fabrication with straight pipe to get rid of your main cats. Don't forget your C5 also has precats and i don't believe the x pipe will affect that either (long tube headers will elimiate precats).

You will feel a difference with these mods but not huge.

Per my sig, I have some similar mods and gained from 296 to 315 rwhp. Then I got an extra 2 HP from the MAF Translator. The Blackwing and power duct made the biggest difference. I don't think that the x-pipe, cold air screens, or A&A exhaust mod made much difference at all...and I'm not sure what taking out the MAF screen did either. My guess would be a total of around 20 rwhp.

As mentioned, the x-pipe doesn't take out any cats.

Expect to get 25-30 hp on a 99. I gained 27 rwhp and 21 rwtq with only a Blackwing and Stingers- No x pipe or tuning.
