I have a 1999 C5 and found these wheels on Craigslist and was wondering whether or not they will fit. Would I be able to just bolt them up or would I need to obtain spacers?

Any and all input would be appreciated. I would think I could just bolt them up. Also, would the TPMS in the C6 wheel sync with the C5 computer?

The C6 sensors will not work on a C5.
You will probably need spacers on the rear wheels because you won't like how the tire is recessed into the wheelwell.
So you are looking at 4 sensors, labor to install C5 sensors on the C6 wheels, and maybe 2 spacers. probably $250.00 to $300.00 depending on what the Tire Shop charges to swap the sensors.
you will need to get 7/8" thick adapters for the rear. the front will bolt right on. the ones you linked from ebay you would need longer wheel studs and even still the wheels most likely wouldn't center and cause vibrations.
