Default Dual climate control

I have a '99, and driver side vents blow cold only. A while back it was similar problem on passenger side but would only blow hot air, $600 and new actuator and problem fixed. Am I looking at same thing for driver side? Thanks.

Probably, DIC codes sir.

Have you tried to do a Recalibration of the actuator?

Here you go:

Re-Calibrating Actuators

Use the following steps to perform the calibration update:

1. Turn OFF the ignition.
2. Remove the battery positive voltage circuit fuse of the HVAC Control Module (fuse #27). This is located on the passenger side under the glove compartment. Pull back the carpet, remove the carpeted panel to expose the fuse panel.
3. Wait 60 seconds. (Be sure and leave the fuse out for the full 60 seconds.)
4. Install the fuse.

Good luck
