Default Hatch adjustment

Is the hatch adjusted by moving the lock mechanisms behind the trim panel? My drivers side needs to go down, passengers side is perfect. It's not really bad, is most noticeable when the sun is at a low angle.. but it drives me nuts.

You did adjust the little screw posts on the hatch lid itself right? Sorry if you already have, just making sure!

Yeah, that was my first thought, but it was already bottomed out.

I suggest 'switching' the screw posts and see if that makes a difference.

That was a good idea. I tried swapping them but it was the same, I did notice something during the swap though.. I left the rubber "bumper" off the side that's high and even with it out it's still high, so I'm definitely going to have to adjust the latch down.

I've got me a little project for the weekend

Greg - instead of bringing back a 2+ year old thread, I'd suggest either creating a new thread or try contacting the OP via PM or e-mail.
