Default question about removing trans

For those of you who have done it, how do I disconnect this rear wiring harness, or am I supposed to disconnect it from all the places it's clipped to the cradle when I go to drop it. I thought I was supposed to disconnect it here behind the drivers side rear wheel at what looked like a connector, but I pulled it sort of apart and it doesn't look like it un hooks.

I've never done this before and I'm trying to drop everything all at once to do replace the engine and rear dif.

I dont think that is supposed to come apart honestly, just going to have to pull each harness end one by one off the cradle and make sure it goes back the same. Ive seen harnesses get caught up into drivetrain and mess things up pretty bad.

The harness does not stay with the cradle. Separate all the connectors and attachment points and the harness stays with the chassis as you drop the TT, trans, and diff all together.

Support the trans and remove the cradle and suspension.

Then lower the drive train.

Have fun.

awesome, thanks! I was hoping there was some nice main connector for the harness. Those pictures help alot, hopefully I'll have the motor and trans on the ground once I get the free time to get back under it.
