I currently have a 2001 Corvette Coupe A4. The only modifications to it are a K&N Filter Setup and a axle back system that eliminates the mufflers. I am purchasing a pair of LG Pro Headers (1.75" Primaries) and a high flow X-Pipe. I was looking for advise on a muffler setup. I was looking into a pair of Z06 Titaniums to help quiet it down and save weight.
In the somewhat near future I plan on changing the intake and cam and going with a supercharger. I am looking for a muffler setup that will hopefully not restrict that down the road. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

If you can find the zo6 TI , buy it. They flow real well and hold their value. if you need to go bigger later on you can sell the system for pretty much what you buy it for. $400 seems to be the going rate for a clean system.

The Z06 Ti's will work well with what you are planning and can be had for around $400-500 for a set in good shape. If you want something a little bit louder but not obnoxiously so, try some Corsa Touring catbacks.
I agree with using the Ti exhaust----No matter what manufacturers claim most all cat back system are only worth about an honest 8-10 RWHP---So choosing a act back exhaust is more about personal sound preference than anything else----I ran my 98 cam and heads car with a large cam without ANY mufflers----Dyno'd them with Borla's and then muffler less and there was NO difference---Only the sound was changed---
My car had an aftermarket X-pipe which quieted it down so even without mufflers it was not annoying just muscle car sounding---Exhaust is really all about personal taste
