Default Help with cam selection..

I just recently ordered a 418 LS3 based short block for my C5Z. But I really can't decide on a cam. In my LS6 I had the Vengenace Racing Vindicator cam. Made 456rwhp cam and exhaust only. That's a pretty aggressive cam so I guess I'm looking for something just as aggressive or if not a bit more. I was looking at their 'SumBich' cam for the LS7 but would that be too much for a 418? Should i go custom grind? What are you running in your 418s? It's not a daily so I'm not worried about drivability too much. I just want to go all out.
I have a FAST102 and matching Tb on the way. I plan on ordering Trickflow 235s. Probably milled down about -2 cc to raise compression a bit. Since I'm most likely going with a big cam i believe that lowers dynamic compression and i shouldn't have a problem running pump gas on a 11:5 or 12:1 setup. Pistons have -4cc valve reliefs. And i have no idea on gasket thickness yet. I think i would also like a short travel link bar lifter setup. But i would like some opinions on that as well. Would the SumBich be too much? If so what do you recommend? I'm a bit new at this. I just know that i want an insane C5Z
