Possible Solution to noisy endlinks
I got tired of the clunking from my endlinks, so I pulled the front bar off and did some "tinkering".
I found after getting the bar off of the car that when I pivoted the endlink (which was still attached to the bar), that the bolt turned. It should just pivot around the joint.
I tightened that bolt until the endlink pivoted at the joint, reassembled everything and the clunks are gone!
As Hotchkis doesn't supply a torque spec for this bolt, I guess I had not tightend this one enough when I put the bars on the car and after about a year, the bar started slipping side to side on the bolt. It would just be a millimeter of slippage, but it would be enough to cause the noise.
NOTE ==> Be sure and replace any locknuts that you back off. Your local bearing and bolt store should be able to help.

Great tip! I have heard almost nothing but negative comments about adjustable endlinks, whether T1 or Hotchkis, and their supposed inherent rattling. You are only the second person I've seen that has confirmed that they can be setup to not rattle. Congrats!
