Anyone have step by step (with pics) on how to clean throttle body and MAFS?

It's really easy. I can give good instructions but I don't have pictures.

Casey Jones- Thanks for the response. I was PM'd some instructions. I guess as a novice I'm a bit nervous attempting this without pics.

CRC has a tutorial on you tube on how to clean a MAF and Throttle Body. On my 1998 I found it was easier to remove the entire air cleaner assy. including loosening the hose clamp at the throttle body and removing the air duct and leaving the throttle body installed.After removal I followed the instructions in the CRC video on the cleaning procedure.
