I just purchased an 03 z06 that has an A&A supercharger running about 12 psi boost. Last night I did a couple runs with some friends and after the second run I noticed lots of smoke from engine bay so I checked it out and noticed the dipstick had been pushed out the tube and shot engine oil everywhere. I checked my oil pressure and it was ok. So I shut off engine for couple hours and checked oil level. Level was at full mark even after shooting out all that oil previously. I did notice the o-ring on the indicator was cracked so I replaced it and this time I did feel a little drag when going in the tube as opposed with the old ring that was completely loose. I've been trying to find similar issues on here but no luck. Does anyone have an idea of what's going on with my engine? Is this a serious issue or can it become one? What do you guys recommend me do? All help greatly appreciated.

it sounds like you have too much crankcase pressure building up when under boost... along with popping the dipstick out it can also blow out your front/rear seals and cause an even worse leak that is more involved to fix... contrary to some others beliefs you need to run a proper catch can or breather can setup that will release excessive crankcase pressure
The car does have a catch can already. But the previous owner did tell me he ran smaller hoses than what others are using with same setup. Would that make the difference? Also can I rule out possible rings damage or issues with valves? I was told that those could be possibilities as well but I figured damage rings would cause the car to smoke.

what size are the hoses?... if they are small like what is normally used on an n/a setup they are most likely too small to release enough pressure, especially for 12psi... I run -10an hoses to a breather can on my car which is about the size of a garden hose... if you are only having issues under boost that is where I would start... if you have the means to do a compression and leakdown check that would help you determine if there are any issues with rings/valves/etc

I'll start with the hoses then because they are quite smaller than garden hose. Might have to go with different setup all together. What setup are you running? And I am able to get those tools to run those tests. I'll do them this weekend.

mine is vented to atmosphere through a breather can, jegs/summit/moroso would work fine if you want to go this route... if you want to keep one that retains the pcv system mighty mouse has a good can that many people are happy with and that's probably what I would use if I didn't have it vented to atmosphere... the pic below is what mine looks like and I have had no issues putting 16psi through my motor with this setup... a heads up since you're new, you will get more help on this type of stuff in the forced induction section
