2003 ZO6 Trans removal
Working on a 2003 ZO6 with the third gear grind issue. I looking for information, service manual as example on the procedure for removal.
I've noticed in other posts that folks on the Forum were kind enough to offer providing this information.
Although there are many threads addressing my request I feel more confident working with a proven procedure.

I basically do what the link above describes. I would separate the subframe with A-arms and knuckles from the trans/diff and lower them as 2 separate pieces. I use a regular floor jack under the subframe, and trans jack under the trans. The trans jack is one of the best purchases we've made.
