Campaign C dealer code?

Campaign C dealer code?
I have a few stickers under my engine compartment that says "Camoaign C dealer code" Has the date when it was completed too. What is this campaign C? Was this a recall that was possibly done with the previous owner before me?

Yes, probably. The dealer is supposed to affix a sticker under the hood with the recall campaign and date of completion. However, I've had two recalls performed on my car (column lock and seatbelt guides) and the dealer has not posted either one under the hood, or anywhere else for that matter.
