Hi,

My c5 has no tail lights. I do have dash light and running lights. Any thoughts on this?

Have you checked for a blown fuse?

Yes. I did. They are all good. I may have a ground problem on the back harness.

You mean the lights just disappeared? Did you call the cops? Who would steal tail lights? That's just weird...

... Oh, you must mean your tail lights do not illuminate... That's a bit different.

Question: Do you have aftermarket tail light lens (european type) that uses an aftermarket wiring harness to "connect" to the original factory wiring harness. If so, check the connector under the right rear fender well. My connector/pins somehow over time got disconnected and caused the tail lights and brake lights not to function. I ended purchasing a new wiring harness, problem solved.

No. I have the halo. It was working before i did the harness swap. I just thought it was a common problem on these cars
