Default Leaf + coil springs?

Hey guys. I just got a set of used pfadt v1 coilovers.

Looking online at the spring rates, I'm seeing this:

C5 Z06: 526# Front, 714# Rear
Pfadt Coil-overs: 425# Front, 575# Rear

My c5 is non-Z with hotchkis sway bars and I would like more roll stiffness at the track. Personal preference.

Is the lower spring rates mean it'll be softer or is there a weird moment arm and wheel rate thing going on?

If it'll be softer than stock leaves, can I add a 100lb spring on the shocks and have it help the leaves?

The point of Coilovers is to replace the Leaf spring setup. You don't run both. I would suggest running the coil over with the springs they have on them and then stiffening from there. You can get a pretty much infinite number of spring rates from a lot of places. Also Id check to make sure those Pfadts aren't blown as from reading a lot of people had issues with those coilovers blowing.

The only disadvantage would be a 1-2 lbs of unsprung mass.

I'm mostly looking for input on whether they are stiffer than stock or not.
And they are not blown currently.

I read that the rated spring rates of coil overs are lower because they are measured at a different location, contact Pfadt and ask them for the corrected spring rates.
