What classes can a 97 c5 compete in?
Solo II scca racing.
Just bought a 97 c5. I have installed a twin air intake system but it can be quickly removed and go back to stock. (I couldnt tell any difference).
Just wanted to know what classes Im allowed to run.
AS?
SS?
SR?
SM2?
?????
Thanks

intake off you would probably run TSS or AS
with it on your choices are TASP or ASP. in scca good luck most of the time the tracks are setup for miatas and neons. have fun though.

Just clicked on the SCCA car class link, and it says that C4s run in AS, C5s run in SS.
I gave up on SCCA because the courses were too slow and not enough runs; now I just run for fun with the BMW and PCA groups.
Have a good one,
Mike
