If you don't mind post some good completed photos when you are done. I don't know of any one that has actually completed the conversion provided by California Supercoupes, and really interested in seeing it since it's going on a Nassau Blue car.
I will post the pics of the completed project for sure. The wiring is done, ready to bolt up lights & install some LEDs behind the vertical screens in lower bumper.
Gotta do some modification of trunk area to put exhaust on her due to the middle location of tips where the C5 was mid way on each side. After this weekend it should be getting close.
Guess no one responded to the OPs original question but sounds like he got it figured out. I was going to suggest- to separate the brake from turn signals- can't you use the Euro harness from a C5? Not sure if the bulbs are even the same but you could cut off the sockets and splice in whatever you need.
Also would be interested to see how the exhaust mod went.
Yes we got the wiring figured out. Next is to get the exhaust in.
Yeah does look better than anticipated that's for sure. I'll probably hold off. I know that setup wasn't cheap for what CSS wants for it and you still have to secure the lights and hardware if you don't buy it from them.
looks like the overall fitment is pretty good. Are you planning on converting the front? My old 99 people think is newer than it is. I could imagine most non-corvette people not knowing the difference with a c7 kit.

That is a neat look and you did a really nice job on the swap. I really like it except for those vertical vents on each side. To me, they just look out of place.

Thanks for posting updated pics.
Thanks for the compliment on the project. We opted to buy the components, to finish out the bumper, from used parts instead of new.
That saved a bunch. Of course the cost to paint was a little more than we expected but it all came together well.
It turned out much better than I thought it would ??? It looks really good as far as your work and fitment, I like different a lot !!!!!!! but still like round tail lights (old guy suck on tradition ??????)
I am surprised it looks as good as it does quite honestly. I wouldn't do it but, it doesn't look terrible considering the edginess of the lights really doesn't agree with the flowing lines of a C5 but...the fitment and finish is so good, it's almost not abnormal looking. I hate the chrome stickon crap and the little slats in the front WAY more than I hate the rear bumper.
Not bad overall I guess. I hope you don't have lambo doors to go with it though...that's really put the rice in the ricecake.
