LS1 replacement lifters for FI build

LS1 replacement lifters for FI build
Has anyone looked in detail at the GM boxed GM #12499225 lifter from the factory that goes in the $150 range and the bulk boxed/shipped Delphi lifters that sell in the $80 - $100 range and are supposed to be the same lifter.
They are both listed as the LS7 lifter that can replace most LS lifters (LS1, LS2, etc). Can GM be making that more profit margin or are the GM boxed versions better made or inspected thus more reliable or whatever?? I am willing to pay the extra tab if the GM.s are in fact better.
Love to have some Morels, etc but this is a budget build.
