AC/Heater fan dead.Help???

AC/Heater fan dead.Help???
I have dual climate control and my fan is dead. Just stopped working while driving.The AC still comes on just no fan.Tried doing a search on this problem and found several where fan stays on but none on not working at all. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

After you've checked your fuses, if they're OK, remove the instrument panel Right Hand closeout cover (the panel that in under the instrument panel - look up from the passenger's footwell. You should be able to see the blower motor. Unplug it and put 12 volts on it through a jumper wire. If it spins, the problem is in the controls, a broken wire, or maybe you missed a fuse. If it doesn't spin, it's burned out. You should have enough access to get out the screws holding it in and replace it.

Have you checked to see if any DTCs set in the DIC. I'd look there first, it will usually point you in the right direction. If any have set, post them and we'll see what we can do.

Sorry.I should have included the fact that I did check the fuses right away and could not find any blown.I'll check the DIC and let you all know.Thanks for the help so far.

OK, I tried to check for codes and when trying to bring them up all I get is "QC code 323421" I can't get past it to see the rest of the codes. I hope I haven't forgotten how to retrieve codes- hold options button and press fuel 4 times-right?? Any suggestions???? :confused: :confused:
