04 Z Fuel pump help

UPDATE: The pump was good well kinda of , benched tested the pump worked great out of 04 well should and will next time is to put pump in gas or something and test that way ,well turns out the pump working BUT no gas coming out of anything so I guess stopped up or ??? Got new pump tested it in gas , gas flying all over the place put back in works great .Bench testing pump not in liquid no good the motor may work but in my case no gas coming out .. We were about to go nuts trying to find the deal all seamed to be working the switch well its very good now ground was good power all over the place and the pump working ( But Not really )The moral of the story check pump in some kind of liquid not just hot wire it pump may work but not pump the gas out .. Thanks for your help .The parts you buy to day well looks like hit or miss .wile I was working on the pump deal the Alternator I had just installed on the 04 stopped working might had 100 miles on it sad deal ..

Another "new" $400 DRVR-side pump/assembly, NO WORKY off the shelf. Awesome. Let's pay someone else to drop the tanks again, tired of doing it. Once fuel pressure is back, after picking the car up, the ALT quit. (not to mention other "shop" transgressions). Ok, so no more parts from a company whose initials are AZ. For damn sure. Oh, the ALT was 145-AMP, about 100-miles old. Same source. Be very aware. What a fustercluck.
