Default Front turn signals/flashers issue

I bought a 1999 Corvette 3 weeks ago, anyway I'm new to the car..

Symptom:
Front blinkers and flashers don't blink

However..
DRLs do light up
Rear blinkers and flashers do hyper blink (until I installed hyper flash bypass, now blink normal)

What I've done:
Read a bunch of stuff in the forums..
Replaced the Bulbs
Replaced the Hazard switch
Replaced the Multiswitch
Installed a hyper flash bypass

None of these things have solved the issue, I see this is a common problem but apparently many different causes. If anyone has any other tips or suggestion, I'd much appreciate it. Thanks

Are you certain you are using the correct bulbs???

The socket looked to be in good condition, applied a little pressure to the tabs to make sure they were making good contact. Both fuses 15 and 20 are good. And I purchased double filament bulbs from NAPA.

Here is the schematic for where the problem should exist.

Might try swapping one of the DRL relays with a non DRL one just to check. I would be surprised if both are bad but you never know.

If you need any other schematics let me know.

I had the same issue on two different C5's I had and what I did was use a small blade flat head screw driver or a pair of needle nose pliers and GENTLY pry up slightly on the connector as shown below:

Hope this helps

Are you sure the DRL lights are on? Check that the heavier filament with shorter legs is the one that lights up in the bulb.

Does the correct filament turn-on with the headlights? It's the finer filament with the longer legs in the bulb.

Do the signals not work with both the headlights on and off?

While on the topic. I've read a lot about these bulbs burning through the housing. Do LEDs fix that issue? I've heard that they do and I've heard they burn just as hot.

I'm thinking of going with these

Any reason I should go with another set? Thanks
