Outside Temp Sensor HVAC
My 2003 C5 Coupe is having an issue with the outside temp sensor, Sometimes it shows the correct temp, but most of the time it does not,
Can someone tell me where this little bugger is located?

passenger lower radiator shroud !!!! has a probe sticking out !!
