Dismantle Rack and pinion
Would any one have any information on dismantling a c5 rack and pinion
The inner tie rod ends are not like any I have seen before .
There is no,obvious locking system to stop the end from screwing off the rack shaft .
Has anyone dismantled on of these.

I could not find any mechanical secondary retainers locking the inner end tie rod to the rack.
I made the decision that it would be RH thread .
and screwed the ends of
all good
now I will work on striping the remainder of the rack
