Any particular reason you're installing solid bushings in the TT? How much power do you make?
IMHO, they do more harm than good. And they're certainly not needed for pretty much any application under a 2000 hp drag car.
Otherwise, your list looks good. If the rear seal is dry, leave it alone.

I couldn't agree more on the couplers.
The 3" DSS shaft is a good choice, but stick with the GM couplers (NOT Dorman or BMW)
GM part # 88894026 Recommend either replacing all 12 coupler bolts (88894027) or really cleaning the old ones with wire brush and acetone, which dissolves the old Loc-Tite. A thread chaser (M12x1.75) to clean the female threads in any case as well.
I have the dss poly coupler going on the front and a solid aluminum going on the rear. Variations of this setup have been run successfully by people below, at and above my power lvl. I'd rather break axles or rear end parts, to be honest.
