Default Turn signals randomly not working

This has happened to me a few times now but it would work once i flipped back and forth. Now this morning as i was driving it just stopped working all together. I was like uh oh.. neither left or right.

I parked the car, turned off, key in, still didn't work. I turned the car back tried it i think one or two times and it worked or it worked instantly cant' remember now

It's possibly your hazard switch going bad.

How to fix your hazard flasher/turn signal problem

Just google "c5 corvette turn signal not working" and you're come across hundreds of threads talking about this.

May seem crazy if they stop working, give the dash a good solid thump above the flasher button. If they start working again it is likely the flasher button.

Yes on the dash whack. Did this for a year before I replaced flasher switch.
