This info is for OEM PN. 25731358 sensor. PN. 25773946 should be the same.
I'm planning on enabling the TPMS and Automatic Lamp Control/Twilight Sentinel on my 04 Z06.
I bought some used sensors for cheap and tore one apart for this info. I wanted to be able to test
the voltage of the sensors and see if battery replacement was practical.

There seems to be a lot of info on the earlier sensors, but I couldn't find anything on the newer
ones. As you can see in the photos, battery replacement is doable, but not a good choice.
This info will allow you to test the battery voltage, easily, without removing anything. Just
use some pins and poke into the potting about 3/32" deep to reach the battery solder joints.

I made a template out of thick card stock and placed on the sensor and used a pin to mark the solder
joints in the potting. Then hook meter leads to the pins and push in the marks.

The battery is located on the hard plastic case side of the sensor.
