Based upon the prompt and very helpful input from others below, I am just going to flip the bar. I was looking at the old one this AM and see how we could have put the new one in upside down. Thanks all. Will let you know the outcome.
Dave Ok, I went out this AM and jacked her up, and then flipped the bar around and it fit perfectly. No issues. Patrick from Cultrag called me this AM. I told him you guys had set me straight, but that they may want to post a caution since I am not the only red-faced customer who reversed the front Z51 bar. I am now even more humble than my former state of age-induced humility; the realization one always has a lot to learn! Can't thank you fellows enough for sharing your knowledge and experiences.
Dave
Front c6-Z51 bar not fitting correctly. front sitting 1.5 inches higher and groans on a bump. Poor clearance upon install.Hits fan motor and aluminium on both sides. Afraid to drive it.It is not the end links for sure. Could bar be bent wrong?

I am positive you installed it upside down. I did the same and thought the shocks were wasted. Looked like a truck.
Please post pics and I'll confirm.

Here's what it should look like after you install it. Notice the sway bar end link position. If it looks different than what you have, then it's upside down.
Trust me I had the same problem and took hours to figure out> I wasn't thinking and finally looked back on the video I was making for reference.
Installed correctly, the bar will not his the fan.

we are a bit humiliated. We could not see how to reverse it My bar does not seem to bent like the one in the pic above, but I am going to tackle it tomorrow following your diagnosis.
Anyway , I really over did it in the 92-degree heat here in Charleston and ended up with heat exhaustion. Did not hydrate as I should have. I have been banned from the garage until tomorrow by the general and ordered to drink ( beer for me) and rest!
Thanks Again,
Dave
I appreciate very much appreciate the responses from you guys!!

and I will install them upside down if you wish. I am an expert at how to do that! The 2" rise in the front looked cool, and I just adjusted the mirrors and turned up the radio to drown out the groaning and popping noises. Us old guys may have lost half our faculties, but we can still improvise to cover up our disorientation. I think we are on to something here!
