C5 fan problem.

C5 fan problem.
I tried turning on the air conditioner on and you could hear the compressor click in but there was no air coming on. The fan was on high. Nothing. I even tried the heater and still nothing. From low to high there was no air being forced out by the fan. I have tried reading the service manual and am wondering if I should just take it in for service or has someone experienced a problem like this that can be easily fixed?

fan fuse? It will help in the future put the year of your car.. auto/manual
