Default cooling again!!!

so it was about 101 today in my area of the USA and took the vette out for a cruise to a friend's house..any way's running a ECS superchargers setup with there lower rad. support system and my own custom air damn close the OEM design to direct airflow into the car...well with the temp being 101 i could keep my car driving it normal at about 200 to 210 while on the hwy and if i turned on the A/C system it jumped to 225 reaching as high as 228 ...so i need to know if i should upgrade to the dewitts system and scrap the OEM stuff or what others have done?? thanks!!

That's totally normal for the engine to reach 228. Stock settings with damn will max your car at 230. That's totally fine.

Still sounds like a good time to swap out your coolant for the summer for cheap insurance.

Fresh fluids always good. Again, if your temp max at 230 and the fans both turn on and cool you down then everything is normal.

I reach 230 a bit in traffic here in California.
