what is this plug and how does it come off?

Is that pic of the left rear wheel well looking towards the back?

If it is then that this the harness for the F45 module that should reside in the left rear storage compartment. Should be a silver box there. If its not there then its been deleted...

Drivers rear well so I assume that's left depending on which way you face lol I thought it had to do with the f45 just double checking. I'm deleting it all for coilovers
