Default HELP! Identify this headlight screw and Help me fix a drooping headlight

This screw is loose on my C5 and causes my headlight to droop.

I'm not a fix it yourself type of person, but I'm trying here so please help me. This screw is loose on my C5 headlight and it causes my headlight to droop down about about 1/4 inch when my headlights are in the up position. The screw just seems to slide thru and it seems like a nut bolt would fix it.

1# what am I looking?
2#how do i fix my issue?

Thanks for the help!

hey there. i can probably help, but i see a larger issue... the missing bolt to the right of that screw. That effects the cover more.

The one circled, mates the cover bracket to the headlight bracket. if it's loose and won't tighten, the metal clip and it's threads are messed up. You can get a new one!

the plastic stops get an indentation as well...pull them off and flip them over...you may even be missing one

you may have lost the actuator arm pin....that happened to me. The headlight would go up but not all the way if you grab the front of the headlight cover and pulled up it would go up about 3 to 4 inches.
