Re: Anyone install a line lock unit (Mean Green 2000)
Buy the Hurst Roll control unit. All you need to do is locate the line that goes between the proportioning valve and the ABS brake unit. Identify the line that is marked MC1. Find a straight section of the line where you will cut and install the solenoid. Make sure you understand that the brake line is metric. The fittings that are on the solenoid are American. We just use American threaded ends (that need to be drilled out). You also can replace the whole line with an American line using the metric ends for the ABS unit.

Once installed you can bleed it at the ABS unit.

If have the Hurst Install Kit, toss the POS out the window. It is totally useless and huge waste of time!!! I ended up using the LS1 Prebent lines and fittings from Preformance Parts Outlet and rebent the lines for where I wanted the unit installed.
