the ones I have seen installed on c5's required a custom ac line due to physical contact

I ended up ordering the Kooks 2" anyways and they turned out to be the easiest headers I've ever installed.
Approx. 10-15 minutes to slide them in place and bolt them to the engine.
No fitment issues.

Well I started this thread back in 2016 and it appears nobody ever responded to it until now.
