Have you been to a grudge race at K-dale or north star? Im not really sure on what you meant by be competitive, but its gonna take a whole lot more than a 400whp car. Not tryin to be rude to you bud. If it was my goal to go run there, I would be looking at H/C/I and nitrous on an 78n jet, good tire with a high gear(numerical) and a decent size converter. And as much weight you can take out of it.
