Exhaust tips not even
Do you do your own work?
Just get under there and align them as best you can. I usually get them as close to the bumper as I can without actually touching the bumper.
I have also seen them off kilter due to damage and bent pipes from backing into or going over obstructions but, check the easy stuff first.
A muffler shop can heat and bend them if you cannot adjust them and if it has somehow been bent. Easy and cheap. While in college, I worked as an installer for Midas and one can align anything with heat. A pic would help.
You may have to loosen the clamps where the cat back attaches ahead of the rear axle and turn it a bit. So,in sum, check rear hangers, muffler tabs, and pre-axle clamps. Play with it until it suits you. I have Borla cat back and it is dead -nuts on center. So, it can be done.

PS. I can get a finger between mine and the valance. May vary with stock, but adjust to where you need to get them even.

So check it out first. A good pic from the bottom might tell the tale.
I am sure that Gene @ Cultrag can supply one or Marc at Vettenuts.

Most all C5 mufflers, OEM and most aftermarkets, have these tabs that slip into a bracket with a rubber mount. The rubber often deteriorates and rattles out of the hanger. It's all easily checked and/or replaced.

Got to get the patient diagnosis right before you can treat the malady! Looks like the tab may be bent. It takes some force to screw them up that badly.
Velocity Vette's picture is exactly how it should look. Nice shot!!

I put a couple washers in the left side to bring it down just a bit, after I got the right side up some.. I think it looks better than it did before..
