I've read a few of the threads here, so just asking if my suspicion is correct.
I disconnected my steering column from the rack for installation of headers.
I don't THINK I moved the steering wheel too much during all of this, but I'm old and stupid, so I may have.
Rack wasn't moved during install, and column only pulled to side during install.
BUT since, I get "Active Handling Warming up".
Maybe I should just go outside and hit myself with a hammer.

I get that message from time to time, it's no big deal... it's ok to move the steering wheel a little just don't make complete revolutions or you risk damaging the wiring on the column... and the linkage will only go on the rack one way so there's really no need to worry about that either... the first cam I did I was over cautious and had the steering wheel strapped down... but now I don't even bother with doing anything, as long as you are aware of it then it's no big deal
