B0367 code - AC shuts off?
Hi Guys,
I've done the searches.. Passenger side actuator feedback open.
I did the drivers side 5-6 years ago and it fixed the problem.
I remember back then, hearing a clicking sound. Sure enough, the plastic gear was broken inside the actuator.
However, this time, the AC won't stay on. The light blinks a few times then shuts down. And I don't hear any clicking this time.
It looks like getting to the PS actuator requires pulling the entire dash.
Before I take that on, can someone confirm that the AC shuts down on this code?
Thanks much,
Fred

Thanks for the response.
I cleared the code, then removed the battery cable and re-connected.
The code did not return.. But the AC still won't run.
So maybe I dodged a bullet and it's only low refrigerant.

Thank you for the document.

More garage fun tonight!

I see this is a chopped-up version of the HVAC debug procedure from the Service Manual.
I actually have the SM.
There are a few steps missing from this doc that are in the SM.
Step 1 is to check the pressure of the refrigerant.. I will take it to an AC shop for this.
I did check the fuse #24 (step 2 in the 98 SM) but it was fine.
