Wheel Bearing/Hub Replcament
Any recommendations/experience with mfrs for wheel bearing/hub replacement? I've had good experience in the past on other cars with Timken, Moog. ACDelco original is pricey.
Street driving only. No racing, no track. '04 C5 Automatic.
Doing a suspension refresh so suspension is completely disassembled.

Wheel bearing
If you are talking about the front and you have an Autozone available get their version.
If you take a look on the web site you will discover they offer 3 wheel bearings for the car. A 1 year war, a 3 year, and a 5 year.
Autozone is 1
Timkin is 3
Moog is 5
If you look closer you will discover they all have the same part number.
So you are paying a lot extra for a warranty you will most likely never use.

Timken is the best bang-for-the buck overallBtw, to say, or imply, that just because many companies are using a standardized/similar part number means they are all somehow the same quality, is like saying that because bulb manufacturers use the same part numbers they are all the same, or made by one common source.
