windows are dead??

windows are dead??
both windows are down and will not go up. no relays clicking no dead fuses. the power locks work and the mirrors work also. i pull the two plugs from inside the dash just inside the door jam and everything looks ok. am i missing something. no memory seats. And thanks for added me.

well i swapped in another switch assembly for the door, still the same problem. windows do nothing, but the locks work and the mirrors work. i did notice that the lights on the buttons were out on both switch assembly. i guess i'll try the door module next. any help is always appreciated.

I discovered the problem, (by accident), was a break in the data cable from the window control computer module in the door to the BCM in the boot at the door hinge.
I purchased a wire harness on ebay, and the problem was repaired. It was a PITA to replace, so I would recommend buying a new one if you can. I guess I got lucky the used one was good.

I had a similar problem, but it was intermittent.
I discovered the problem, (by accident), was a break in the data cable from the window control computer module in the door to the BCM in the boot at the door hinge.
