Tcs no comm
2003 Z06. I've checked and cleaned the G-101 and 104/108 chassis grounds.
Under hood fuse 52 and IP fuse 8 show battery voltage. Under hood fuse 5 shows 0.2V less than battery with the key switched on.
Next I checked the ECBM connector. Pin F and G (both grounds) show 002 continuity back to the negative post on the battery. Pin A matches battery voltage. Pin B is 0.2V less than battery voltage when keyed on. The ECBM connector on the harness and module both look to be clean with no signs of corrosion.
Any ideas on what else to check? Can a bad module cause this code? The car doesn't display the ABS or TC/AH light on the dash. It just shows the code.
Car also has a PCM P1571 H C and SDM U1000 H C codes.

Clear the codes and take the car for a nice drive. When you return from the drive, pull the codes BEFORE you shut off the engine. To pull codes with the engine running you need to use the reset button to clear any messages displayed in the DIC. Then pull codes as normal....
When you first turn the key to the ON position do the ABS and TC lights in the dash illuminate briefly and then go out?? They should.
Yes a bad module can cause the NO Comm as can corrosion on the Star connectors in the passenger foot well if the carpet in the foot well has gotten wet.

When I turn the key to the on position the ABS and TC/AH lights do not flash. Would a bad ECBM cause this? Thanks for the help!
