Default Clutch/transmission issues

Okay here's the deal .. Over summer remote bleeder fell in to the header boiled fluid and lost pedal... Weeks later 3rd starts grinding... Being that 3rd sits on the main rotating shaft inside the t56 figure I hurt the synchro okay I can live with that ... But 4th has the same grinding before engaging ... But I can let the rpm fall for a second and slide in ok in both gears and wot shifts fairly smoothly also... Then few weeks ago flywheel bolts back out, previous installer did not use thread locker, so I dive into this tearing it apart and send clutch discs (ram twin disc ) off to a clutch shop to get re surfaced ... Re install every thing play the game of shimming the clutch Untill I get my clearance right and car drives good doesn't slip doesn't drag.... Everything is fine first 30 min .... After either the clutch fluid heats up or the trans heats up I can not engage 3rd and 1st will pop out ... I have adjust c6 shifter to where I have plenty of engagement and after warm 1st will pop out at stop ... Fine when rolling but I'm just looking for some info ... I'm assuming a new trans is in my future but if not I'd love some clever advice... Doesn't vibrate drives great once in gear ...

Popcorn is fine lol long as this gets figured out.. Flushed hydraulics and added high temp fluid so idt it is a clutch issue .... More narrowed down to the problem happening after the fluid in the trans gets hot
