ABS/TC/AH Issues
Bad EBCM? C1248, C1254 are throwing which points to EBCM.
For what it's worth, I have an aftermarket smaller diaphragm brake booster which I needed to clear my turbo manifolds. My brakes have always been pretty stiff since I did that. A Tech2 autobleed didn't fix anything. :/
At a loss.

Electrical issues can cause the C1254 or a bad EBCM can also cause the C1254.
I would start with insuring the wiring and connector at the EBCM is in good condition and that the grounds associated with the EBCM are all clean and functional. Disconnect the connector and carefully examine the pins for corrosion and/or damage.
Here are a couple of links about grounds that will help you out:

I would also check the fuses related to the EBCM. I don't have my fuse list handy but the fuse box layouts in the back of the owners manual will get that info for you.
If the grounds and other electrical are verified as good then a replacement EBCM may be needed.
Diagnosis matrix in the shop manual for the C1254 DTC is pretty much limited to the above possibilities.....
