I have no heat. AC works fine, just no heat. Recently purchased 03 C5. I have dual climate control. Have flushed the system, checked vacuum and reset codes by removing #27 fuse and disconnecting the battery clearing the codes which return almost immediately. Mechanic confirmed inlet and outlet hosed on heater core are hot. AC, bent doors and fans work as expected.
From threads here that I have read it seems that I need to replace both driver and passenger actuators.
Before I purchase both actuators does anyone have any suggestions for what else I need to check, or do I need to replace the actuators.
Chilly in Illinois.

Have you checked your freon level? If the system is low, less than 1.5, it will default to heat. I would check this before tearing apart the dash. I had the same problem and it turned out being a leak in the compressor

I know this is a old thread, but what did you find out? I'm throwing both b0441 and b0446 codes and only have a/c also. I've tried all the simple stuff, pulling fuse 27, resetting the codes in the dic, slowly moved the temp control up and down. Just trying to see what others have found.
