Windshield wiper
I will try to post some pictures that show the "cowl" not fitting tight at the bottom of the windshield and it appears to be caught on the base of the passenger side wiper post. Just need to know if this is a problem with the wiper post or the "cowl". Tried prying on the cowl and can't get it off of the post. It's an '03, C5.

Are you sure that the two tabs located on the underside of the cowl cover on each side of the wiper post are fully seated against the lower edge of the windshield?

I was trying to figure out why that center post was interfering, noticed it would move, and discovered the bolt near the drivers corner of the windshield that holds the aluminum piece that goes to the passenger ww post was extremely loose, really loose. I removed the cowl cover to check for anything else wrong, tightened all of the bolts and it fits much better now. Thanks for all of your help!
Also found the three bladders I've read about and was able to vacuum them clean.
