How hot should they get?

1.) Touch and no burns?
2.) Fry an egg?
3.) Touch and get 3rd degree burns?
4.) Boil water in a mater of seconds?

Mine is #1 '02 coupe LS6 160deg therm +tune 11.2:1 compression new radiator.

I have a new dual core radiator and a 3200 cfm fan set, 160 therm and than damn thing gets hot. It's a 240 amp may need some heavier leads.
