A4 Shifter Light and HUD No Ops'.
I bought mine as a project car and am near completion. Working on the interior now.
My HUD doesn't work but I can hear a motor when I move the UP/ DOWN control. My shifter light doesn't work unless I jump it with a 9v battery. There is no power to the connector.
If I am following the schematic correctly, it looks like the problem may be in the instrument cluster. I have an extra cluster but the mileage is incorrect for my car. Can I just swap parts of it?
I'm a little lost and am wondering if anyone has experienced this.
