Does anybody know where I can get a performance package or kit. I have seen the ones from MidAmerica but I wanted to compare them to some others. My car is completly stock and I was wondering if I could save some money by purchasing a package instead of idividual pieces.
Thanks
A lot of the things they sell in those "performance packages" you don't even need. Seems to me it would be easier to buy the things 'you' want separately without all the extra things you don't need. Use the forum to find out what works. :yesnod:
I agree with 21st Century...They are high end, but they know what they are talking about. If nothing else, go in and talk to John (Page) to get some good ideas. If you've got the money put away, go for it. If not, they can certainly put you on a gradual path and you can build up to that badazz vette you dreamed about when you were just a kid!

....... :yesnod: ...... I agree, check the performance threads here and talk with a couple of tuners in your area about what your looking to achieve.
Good luck, you'll have fun getting to you performace goal, just about every mod put a smile on my face........... :D
You might want to give Jason a call at MTI in Houston. He has built two engines for me and both have performed very well under track conditions. MTI is a first class shop and Joson is very knowledgable.

What is in the MA kit? I would just buy an intake and exhaust and see how you like that. If it isn't enough for ya then go with a set of LT headers next. :D If you want more then do a cam. ;) I have the G5 cam kit, from LGM, and am very happy with it. Hell, if you got $$ to blow then do all the above plus ported heads and you will be grinning for months with the new found power!
