I built one a while back but JL Audio has one that fits that hole just right. I have a 12'' JL in there and the one they offer is only a 10''. Seriously though the 10 would be plenty. http://www.jlaudio.com and just go to the custom boxes. If you want I can measure mine. But I had to use only 3/8 plywood so it is not nearly strong enough for the 12'. But it still shakes your hair (and everything else) when it hits. Hope that helps.
